    Both individuals and companies can order custom LEGO sets.
  • What is the difference between corporate gifts and bulk orders?
    Corporate gifts are custom-designed LEGO sets (also known as MOCs) that include building instructions and are tailored to businesses. We design the set to your specifications and needs from start to finish. Bulk orders refer to large quantities of partially sorted or unsorted LEGO parts from our inventory, sold by weight at wholesale prices rather than by individual pieces. This is a cost-effective option for those who need a conglomeration of parts rather than specific sets.
  • Where can I find building instructions for LEGO® sets purchased from your store?
    Building instructions can be downloaded by scanning the QR code on our box or you can download them straight from our website. If requested we can also print them out for you.
  • How can I provide feedback on the services received?
    Feedback can be provided directly through our customer service, direct emails and google reviews.
  • What is the difference between corporate gifts and custom sets?
    Corporate gifts are highly customizable sets (also known as MOCs) tailored to business that we create from scratch by collaborating with you to design a unique set that aligns with your needs and specifications. Custom sets, on the other hand, are pre-built custom LEGO sets (or MOCs) designed by the DD Bricks design team and are readily available in our store. These can only be slightly adjusted such as adding prints or specific packaging. Both options include building instructions.
  • How do I order a custom LEGO® set?
    To order a custom LEGO set, visit our website, select the 'Custom Sets' option, and follow the prompts to customize your set according to your preferences. You can also contact our sales team directly for assistance.

  • What steps should I follow to place an order online?
    Start by selecting the product you wish to customize or buy in bulk on our website, specify your custom features or bulk quantities, and proceed to checkout where you can enter your payment and shipping details.
  • Do you sell real LEGO®, where do you purchase the LEGO® from etc.?
    We only sell 100% genuine lego parts in which we pride ourselves
  • Can orders be placed over the phone or in person?
    Yes, orders can be placed over the phone by calling our customer service team or in person at our retail locations.
  • Do you offer any other types of custom merchandise?
    Besides custom sets made from LEGO we do not, however, we do offer custom printing, stickers, packaging services.
  • How much will a custom build cost?
    Several variables contribute to the cost of a custom project, including complexity, scale, cost of parts, shipping charges, added features, and more. Each build comes with its own unique set of challenges and is quoted accordingly during the consultation.     You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

  • Are there limitations on custom requests?
    We strive to meet all customer requests but some limitations based on part availability or design feasibility may apply.
  • What information do you need to start on a custom LEGO® project?
    We need details about the desired size, complexity, theme, colors, budget constraints and any specific features or functions.
  • What is the process for designing a custom LEGO® set?
    The design process starts with your ideas, which our designers turn into a concept. After approval, we proceed with designing the set. After the design is approved we source the parts and start assembling the prototype.

    Production times vary, but typically it takes 8 weeks after the pre-payment has arrived.

  • Do you offer digital designs (MOCs)?
    Yes, we can provide digital designs upon request. To ensure the model meets our standards and client satisfaction, we always test-build it ourselves first. Once the design is confirmed to work, we will provide you with the design and instructions.   • What if we need to make changes after the prototype is approved?
    Changes after prototype approval may be subject to additional costs and production time adjustments. For more details specific to your case, please contact the project manager you are working with directly.
  • What types of events are your corporate gifts and custom LEGO® sets suitable for?
    Our sets are perfect for corporate events, trade shows, educational purposes, employee or client gifts and much more.
  • Is there a minimum order quantity for custom LEGO® sets?
    No.

    While we strive to accommodate all designs, some may be limited by part availability, technical feasibility or budget.
  • Can you handle last-minute orders?
    We do our best to accommodate last-minute orders, but availability may be limited by the specifics of the request.
  • Is the custom design exclusive to me?
    The choice is yours. If you'd like your project to have an exclusive design, we're happy to make it happen. This will involve an additional licensing fee to be covered by the client.

    We do not produce or sell multiple copies of sets based on popular licences without written consent from the intellectual property (IP) owners (e.g., Star Wars, Harry Potter, Fortnite etc.). However, we can design bespoke artistic pieces and MOCs inspired by these IPs, ensuring careful attention to avoid any infringement of IP law.
  • How do I place a bulk order?

    Yes, corporate gifts, custom sets, and bulk orders scale based on the order volume. The higher the order quantity, the lower the cost per unit becomes.
  • Do you offer eco-friendly and sustainable LEGO® parts?
    Yes, we offer both new and used parts. The used, or pre-loved, LEGO® parts undergo rigorous testing and quality checks, where they are separated into three tiers of quality, with the highest tier being as good as new.
  • How are the LEGO® parts sourced and procured?
    We source our LEGO® parts through our extensive network of suppliers, both directly from LEGO® and from trusted secondary markets or partners. Parts not directly ordered from LEGO® go through rigorous testing and quality checks to ensure our high-quality standards are met. This approach also allows us to offer a wide variety and availability of parts.
  • Can you explain your kitting services?
    Our kitting services involve assembling sets based on client specifications which can include sorting by color, size, or category, and providing customized packaging.
  • What services offer custom-designed packaging options?
    Custom-designed packaging options are available for our kitting service, corporate gifts, and custom sets.
  • How customizable are the kitting options?

    Shipping costs vary based on the destination, weight, and speed of delivery required.
  • Why can't products be shipped within Thailand?
    Although we are located in Thailand we can unfortunately not ship our goods to customers living in Thailand. We operate in a Free Trade Zone and are legally not allowed to import any goods to Thailand.
  • Where can I find tracking information for my order?
    You can use the tracking number sent via email to check the status of your order at https://parcelsapp.com.
  • Can you ship LEGO® sets internationally?
    Yes, we provide international shipping with reliable logistics partners.
  • What are the typical shipping times for DHL Express and Thai Post?
    Typical shipping times are 3-5 days with DHL Express and around 20 days with Thai Post, depending on the destination. DHL Express packages are picked up daily Monday to Friday. Thai Post packages are picked up twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. Also be aware that shipping times do not include the processing time for picking and packing in our warehouse. Processing times are usually less than 48 hours but can also be affected by holidays or increased order volume during christmas.
  • How can I track my order after it's shipped?
    Tracking numbers are send out via email automatically shortly after the order status is changed from “packed” to “shipped”. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your order on https://parcelsapp.com/en . Please be aware that parcels sometimes disappear for a while from the system when they are in transit from Bangkok Airport until they are handed over to a local shipping provider in your home country.

If your order is approved, this fee will be deducted from the final price of your order. After that, a payment of 50% of the order amount is required to proceed with its execution. The final 50% is due upon delivery of the sets.

    Payments can be made online through our secure checkout using Stripe, Paypal or via direct and international bank transfer.
