Tracking numbers
Tracking numbers are send out automatically shortly after the order status is changed from packed to shipped. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your order on https://parcelsapp.com/en . Please be aware that parcels sometimes disappear for a while from the system when they are in transit from Bangkok Airport until they are handed over to a local shipping provider in your home country.
Shipping times
Shipping times with DHL Express usually take around 3-5 days, Shipping times with Thai Post usually take around 20 days. Shipping times can be affected by public holidays, Covid or customs checks. DHL Express packages are picked up daily Monday to Friday. Thai Post packages are picked up twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. Also be aware that shipping times do not include the processing time for picking and packing in our warehouse. Processing times are usually less than 48 hours but can also be affected by holidays or increased order volume during christmas.
Shipping to Thailand
Although we are located in Thailand we can unfortunately not ship our goods to customers living in Thailand. We operate in a Free Trade Zone and are legally not allowed to import any goods to Thailand.
Broken or yellowed parts
We try our best to provide an outstanding quality control service. Unfortunately sometimes unsatisfactory parts still slip through. If something ever goes wrong we want to do our best to resolve the problem. Don't hesitate to contact our customer support team at any time. We will always try to find a solution together. If possible we would appreciate it if you could attach some photos to your email so we can further improve our quality and the team knowledge.
Building instructions for Sets
We generally sell all LEGO parts without instructions and boxes.
Many instructions can be downloaded for free from LEGO directly though.
