We design the set to your specifications and needs from start to finish. Bulk orders refer to large quantities of partially sorted or unsorted LEGO parts from our inventory, sold by weight at wholesale prices rather than by individual pieces. This is a cost-effective option for those who need a conglomeration of parts rather than specific sets.
  • Where can I find building instructions for LEGO® sets purchased from your store?
    Building instructions can be downloaded by scanning the QR code on our box or you can download them straight from our website. If requested we can also print them out for you.
  • How can I provide feedback on the services received?

  • What is the difference between corporate gifts and custom sets?
    Corporate gifts are highly customizable sets (also known as MOCs) tailored to business that we create from scratch by collaborating with you to design a unique set that aligns with your needs and specifications. Custom sets, on the other hand, are pre-built custom LEGO sets (or MOCs) designed by the DD Bricks design team and are readily available in our store. These can only be slightly adjusted such as adding prints or specific packaging. Both options include building instructions.

    Yes, we sell only authentic LEGO® elements. The LEGO® parts we offer are sourced from reputable suppliers, including official LEGO® distribution channels and secondary markets. While we are not affiliated with the LEGO Group, we specialize in providing high-quality new and pre-owned LEGO® bricks, carefully inspected to meet high standards for collectors, builders, and businesses.

    Besides custom sets made from LEGO we do not, however, we do offer custom printing, stickers, packaging services.

Realistically, we require 4 to 6 weeks from the initial concept to final delivery.     Yes, all custom designs we create for you are exclusive to your project and will not be replicated or resold without your permission.     Although we are located in Thailand we can unfortunately not ship our goods to customers living in Thailand. We operate in a Free Trade Zone and are legally not allowed to import any goods to Thailand.

  • Do you ship LEGO® sets internationally?
    Yes! We ship worldwide and offer a variety of reliable international shipping options, including DHL Express and UPS for fast delivery. For larger orders, we provide flexible shipping solutions, ranging from fast airfreight to cost-effective sea freight. We have extensive experience in handling logistics for shipments of all sizes, ensuring your custom LEGO® sets arrive safely and on time.   • What are the typical shipping times for DHL Express and Thai Post?
    Typical shipping times are 3-5 days with DHL Express and around 20 days with Thai Post, depending on the destination. DHL Express packages are picked up daily Monday to Friday. Thai Post packages are picked up twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. Also be aware that shipping times do not include the processing time for picking and packing in our warehouse. Processing times are usually less than 48 hours but can also be affected by holidays or increased order volume during christmas.
  • How can I track my order after it's shipped?
    Tracking numbers are send out via email automatically shortly after the order status is changed from “packed” to “shipped”. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your order on https://parcelsapp.com/en . Please be aware that parcels sometimes disappear for a while from the system when they are in transit from Bangkok Airport until they are handed over to a local shipping provider in your home country.

    Our payment process involves several steps to ensure clarity and satisfaction for all our clients. Initially, we charge a designer fee. If your order is approved, this fee will be deducted from the final price of your order. After that, a payment of 50% of the order amount is required to proceed with its execution. The final 50% is due upon delivery of the sets.

  • What is your return policy for custom LEGO® sets and eCommerce orders?
    Custom LEGO® Sets Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our LEGO® sets, returns and refunds are not accepted once production has begun. Each custom set is uniquely designed and tailored to individual client specifications, making it non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if there are defects, missing pieces, or quality issues, we will review the case and provide necessary replacements or corrections where applicable. eCommerce Orders (BrickLink & BrickOwl) For orders placed through BrickLink, BrickOwl, or other eCommerce platforms, we strive to ensure all LEGO® parts meet high-quality standards. If you receive parts that are damaged, below expected quality, or incorrect, we offer: Replacement of affected parts where stock is available. Refunds or store credit for any items that do not meet the described condition. To request a return or refund for an eCommerce order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with detailed information and photos of the issue. We will assess the request promptly and provide a suitable resolution.

    1. Definitions a. "We," "our," and "us" refer to DD Bricks Limited, a company registered in Thailand, with registration number 0105560165611. b. "You" or "Buyer" refers to the individual or entity placing an order with us. c. "Goods" refers to the products we supply, including but not limited to new and pre-loved LEGO® bricks and custom LEGO® sets. d. "VAT" refers to the applicable Value Added Tax rate at the time of purchase. 2. Prices and Payment a. All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise. b. Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes for international shipments are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
