When tasked with replicating the Mars Orbiter using LEGO® parts, we encountered several hurdles. Sourcing LEGO® pieces in specific colors to match the spacecraft's design proved challenging. However, we were determined to deliver a highly customized model that stayed true to our client's requirements.

DESIGN PROCESS

DD Bricks assigned the project to our LEGO® design expert, who embarked on a journey of inspiration and creativity. Immersing themselves in the world of logistics, our designer studied the intricacies of delivery trucks, from their sleek exteriors to their functional interiors. Drawing inspiration from the client's fleet, our designer meticulously sketched and conceptualized the custom LEGO trucks, ensuring every detail was captured with precision.

SOLUTION

To meet the demands of our client's vision, we embraced customization at every step. Unlike off-the-shelf LEGO® sets, our approach involves crafting unique designs using genuine LEGO® parts.

In this case, to accurately depict the solar panels of the spacecraft, we employed UV printing techniques, enhancing the model's realism while maintaining its customizability.
